Cancellation policy and fees

If you cancel up to a fortnight priori to arrival:

No cancellation charge will apply.

If you cancel between a fortnight and 48 hours prior to arrival:

- if you have booked for 1 to 3 nights: you will be charged 25% of the total booking price
- if you have booked for 4 nights or more: you will be charged 20% of the total booking price

If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours prior to arrival:

- if you have booked for 1 to 3 nights: we will hcarge you 1 room night price for each room booked
- if you have booked for 4 nights or more: you will be charged 50% of the total booking price

If you cancel between 0 and 24 hours prior to arrival:

You will be charged 100% of the total booking price

You can check in until 3:00 PM.
